At Echad, every piece is made or finished by hand in small batches. Because of the nature of our work, shipment timelines may vary depending on the item ordered.
Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 weeks for shipment depending on the item ordered.
Some ready-to-ship pieces may ship sooner, while made-to-order or embroidered items may require additional time.
Because Echad is rooted in Jewish tradition and handmade craftsmanship, shipment timelines may occasionally be extended around Jewish holidays and observances.
Domestic Shipping
Domestic orders are shipped via standard tracked shipping.
Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Complimentary U.S. shipping is offered on qualifying orders of $200 or more.
International Shipping
At this time, international shipping availability may vary by location.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.
Echad is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or international carriers.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Echad is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been shipped, Echad is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.
