Refund policy
Each Echad piece is handcrafted with care, and we stand behind the quality of our work. As a small, independent studio, we do not accept returns or issue refunds.
Full-price items are eligible for exchange or store credit, provided they are unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and accompanied by original tags. Requests must be made within 10 calendar days of delivery.
Please note that all custom and bespoke pieces are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
If your item arrives damaged or with an embroidery defect, please reach out to us within 5 calendar days of delivery and we will make it right.
